You have experience as a Salesforce Administrator, where you've independently managed and resolved complex technical issues within GTM systems. Your background includes a strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and the ability to enhance internal support processes effectively. What you'll do
As a Salesforce Administrator at Vanta, you will own the resolution of complex support issues, ensuring that our GTM systems are reliable and scalable. You will work closely with the Business Systems team to drive improvements in our internal support processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Your role will involve managing the internal support queue, where you will independently resolve high-complexity issues and enhance system functionality.
You will also participate in sprint-based projects that aim to improve user experience and system capabilities. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure that our systems meet the evolving needs of the GTM and Finance teams. Your contributions will play a critical role in supporting Vanta's mission to provide continuous security monitoring and compliance standards.
