Who you are
You have a strong background in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes and have successfully led initiatives that enhance quoting, pricing, and contracting workflows. Your experience with Salesforce is extensive, and you understand how to leverage it to create efficient and user-friendly systems. You are a strategic thinker who can define and execute a roadmap that aligns with business goals, ensuring that all processes scale effectively as the company grows. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with teams such as Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, and Legal to drive success. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively makes you a trusted subject-matter expert in CPQ and Salesforce.
Desirable
Experience with automation tools and processes that enhance pricing, packaging, approvals, and contract generation is a plus. Familiarity with compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 will help you navigate the regulatory landscape effectively. You are comfortable with data analysis and can provide insights that inform smarter operations.
What you'll do
As the CPQ Lead at Vanta, you will define the vision and strategy for the CPQ ecosystem, ensuring that it meets the needs of the business while remaining user-friendly. You will partner closely with various teams to design and build scalable automations that support pricing, packaging, approvals, renewals, and contract generation. Your role will involve creating a robust governance framework to ensure compliance and accuracy in all processes. You will also be responsible for integrating the CPQ system with Salesforce and other downstream systems, enhancing cross-functional collaboration and efficiency. Your insights will drive continuous improvement in the quoting and contracting workflows, ultimately shaping how Vanta sells and renews customer relationships. You will lead initiatives that streamline business processes and provide valuable insights to support Vanta's growth.
