What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the AI Developer Experience team at Vanta, you will lead the charge on AI tooling strategy for engineering. You will evaluate and implement AI-powered development tools, focusing on code generation and AI-assisted coding practices. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the tools you develop meet the needs of hundreds of engineers.

You will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies that enhance the developer lifecycle, from local development environments to build systems, testing infrastructure, and deployment pipelines. Your work will directly impact how Vanta's engineers build, test, and ship software, driving productivity through cutting-edge developer tools and infrastructure.

You will also experiment with and implement AI-powered tools that transform engineering workflows, ensuring that Vanta's engineering organization can move fast without compromising security.
