What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at Vanta, you will play a critical role in shaping the long-term technical strategy for the GRC organization. You will lead complex initiatives that enhance Vanta's core product offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of enterprise customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security and compliance programs seamlessly into Vanta's platform, providing invaluable insights and recommendations to customers.

You will set the tone for engineering excellence and culture within your team, mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices in software development. Your contributions will directly impact the company's ability to provide real-time and transparent security monitoring for compliance standards.
