What you'll do

As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer at Vanta, you will lead and mentor a team of engineers, helping them grow their skills and deliver high-quality products. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction for projects, ensuring that the engineering team is equipped to tackle complex challenges. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the development of Vanta's core security monitoring solutions, which are essential for compliance with standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.

You will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your expertise will guide the team in implementing best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes.
