What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Design Systems team at Vanta, you will play a critical role in driving the long-term technical strategy. You will lead complex initiatives that impact both your product area and the broader engineering organization. Your responsibilities will include hands-on development, strategic thinking, and collaboration with engineering leadership and product teams. You will ensure that the components you develop meet product needs and maintain a consistent look and feel across the organization.
