You are comfortable being the visible face of Vapi, engaging with the community through various channels like Discord and GitHub. Your ability to create high-leverage content, such as examples and guides, is key to reducing friction for new users.

What you'll do

In your first 30 days, you will immerse yourself in the Vapi platform, mapping the developer journey and engaging with the community to gather insights. By the 60-day mark, you will have shipped impactful content that enhances documentation and onboarding processes, ultimately accelerating user activation. As you reach the 90-day milestone, you will take on a leadership role in community programs and product launches, driving measurable improvements in how developers interact with Vapi. Your responsibilities will include defining the developer experience, creating educational content, and fostering a vibrant community around Vapi's platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the developer experience aligns with product goals and user needs.
