Who you are

You have a strong background in developer relations, with experience in building and growing developer communities. Your deep technical expertise in APIs, SDKs, and documentation allows you to effectively communicate and advocate for developer needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering and customer teams to enhance the developer experience. You are comfortable engaging with developers through various channels, including community events and social media, and you have a knack for creating compelling technical content.

Desirable

You have demonstrated success in driving adoption and usage of developer tools, and you are familiar with open-source communities and contributing to open-source projects. Your experience working in distributed organizations has equipped you with the skills to collaborate effectively across different time zones and cultures.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with developers who use LibLab's SDKs and documentation. You will serve as the primary point of contact for developer inquiries and feedback, ensuring that their needs are met. You will develop and execute a developer outreach strategy that includes community events, webinars, blog posts, and social media engagement to foster a vibrant developer community around LibLab's offerings. You will represent the company in developer communities, attending conferences and meetups to advocate for LibLab's tools and resources. Collaborating closely with customer and engineering teams, you will ensure that the SDKs and documentation meet developer needs and provide the best possible experience. Additionally, you will create technical content, such as documentation, to support developers in using LibLab's products effectively.
