Veeva Systems is hiring a Senior Account Manager to oversee customer relationships and drive revenue growth for their Veeva Development Cloud. You are a strategic thinker who can align customer needs with business objectives, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you partner closely with customers and internal teams.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Manager at Veeva Systems, you will be accountable for managing relationships with large, strategic accounts globally. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth through the adoption of Veeva's Clinical, Regulatory, and Drug Safety software products. You will partner closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored growth plans that extend the reach of the Veeva Vault platform. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer success, to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements and enhance their experience with Veeva.

You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your accounts, leveraging your industry expertise to provide insights that drive value for customers. Regularly engaging with customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels will be crucial in your role. You will represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and ensuring that Veeva continues to deliver on its promise of customer success.
