What you'll do

In this role, you will lead efforts to establish Veeva's R&D consulting practice in Europe, focusing on building the brand and expanding the customer network. You will identify and acquire new projects that support clients in overcoming their business challenges, utilizing your deep understanding of the life sciences landscape. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients to understand their strategic goals, conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and developing tailored consulting offerings that align with Veeva's mission. You will also play a key role in mentoring and guiding junior consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
