What you'll do

As the Associate Lead for OpenData Clinical, you will oversee a remote team of 30-50 freelancers who conduct rule-based web research to identify investigators and sites related to OpenData. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure your team's performance meets compliance and quality standards. You will support the team in improving business processes and driving technology improvements, focusing on enhancing process efficiency and reducing defects. You will be fully responsible for managing your team's performance, ensuring that they work effectively and deliver high-quality results. You will also collaborate with other departments to align your team's objectives with the broader goals of Veeva Systems, contributing to the company's mission of transforming the life sciences industry.
