What you'll do

As the Associate Lead for OpenData Clinical, you will oversee a remote team of 30-50 freelancers who conduct rule-based web research to identify investigators and sites related to OpenData. Your primary responsibility is to ensure your team's performance aligns with compliance and quality standards. You will support the improvement of business processes and drive technology enhancements to optimize efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in managing team dynamics and ensuring that all members are motivated and productive. You will analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance team output while maintaining high-quality standards. Your role will also involve collaborating with other departments to align objectives and share insights that contribute to the overall success of Veeva Systems. You will be instrumental in shaping the culture of remote work within your team, promoting a positive and engaging work environment.
