What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Business Consulting practice in Japan, focusing on delivering high-quality consulting services to life sciences companies. You will identify the core business issues faced by clients and develop structured approaches to deliver impactful solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to understand their commercial strategies, designing and implementing solutions, and building critical relationships within the commercial business of your clients.

You will also play a vital role in supporting the growth of the consulting practice by recruiting and mentoring new staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Your insights and expertise will help shape the direction of the practice, ensuring that Veeva remains a trusted partner for pharmaceutical companies navigating the complexities of the industry.
