What you'll do

As a Consultant for Veeva Align, you will be responsible for delivering implementations that optimize commercial coverage across markets. You will work with life sciences companies to streamline territory design, roster management, targeting, and cycle planning. Your role will involve ensuring a smooth integration with Vault CRM, which is essential for driving adoption of best practices across commercial teams.

You will engage with customers to understand their unique needs and challenges, translating these into actionable solutions that enhance their field planning processes. Your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing current workflows and identifying areas for improvement. You will also provide training and support to ensure that users are comfortable with the new systems and processes.

In addition to implementation, you will play a key role in driving customer success by monitoring the effectiveness of the solutions you deliver. You will gather feedback and make recommendations for enhancements, ensuring that the solutions continue to meet evolving business needs.
