What you'll do

In this role, you will support the implementation of Veeva Link best practice templates, ensuring they meet the specific needs of our customers. You will conduct tailor-made training sessions, equipping clients with the knowledge they need to effectively use Veeva Link. Your focus will be on pre-empting customer needs and addressing any technical questions that arise during the implementation process. You will manage tasks and report on the status of projects, collaborating closely with the Lead Technical Consultant and the Link Consultant Services team. Your goal is to foster customer success and ensure that clients have a positive experience with Veeva Link.
