Experience with regulatory information management (RIM) systems is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-based solutions. What you'll do

As a Senior Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will be responsible for understanding customer business processes and shaping their future state vision. You will identify and incorporate global regulatory needs into your solution designs, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of compliance and efficiency. Your role will involve defining global strategies to deploy Veeva's cloud-based RIM solutions across enterprises, collaborating closely with clients to ensure successful implementation.

You will work as part of the Professional Services team, where you will leverage your expertise to guide customers through the complexities of regulatory data management. Your responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments, developing tailored solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure that clients achieve their desired outcomes. You will also play a key role in training and mentoring junior consultants, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
