What you'll do

As a Services Lead at Veeva, you will be accountable for scoping and delivering successful implementations of next-generation Regulatory Solutions for MedTech customers. You will lead your customers through the adoption process, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and support. Your role will involve driving best practices to enhance implementation excellence and fostering innovative collateral creation to support successful delivery.

You will partner with global and cross-functional teams to provide the best outcomes for your customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the delivery teams and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, helping them navigate the complexities of regulatory solutions in the MedTech space.
