What you'll do

As a Managed Services Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will provide offsite, post-implementation consulting to our multinational pharmaceutical customers in China. You will serve as a crucial technical link between customers and our specialized service, product, and development teams. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing technical guidance, and ensuring successful implementation of our CRM solutions. You will work closely with customers to help them realize the full potential of our products, driving customer success and satisfaction.
