What you'll do

As a Managed Services Consultant, you will provide offsite, post-implementation services to Veeva's domestic customers in China. You will work closely with the Beijing-based service, product, and development teams to ensure that customers are successfully utilizing the CRM product. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing guidance, and helping them achieve their business vision through effective use of Veeva's solutions.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique challenges, and delivering tailored solutions that drive success. Your expertise in the CRM product will be crucial in helping customers navigate their post-implementation journey, ensuring they are satisfied and achieving their desired outcomes.
