Veeva Systems is hiring a Senior Consultant for MedTech QMS Complaints to lead implementations at MedTech customers globally. You'll guide the transformation of Complaints Management processes and technology. This role requires extensive experience in consulting within the MedTech industry.

Job Description

Who you are

You have significant experience in consulting, particularly within the MedTech sector, and a strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS). Your expertise allows you to effectively lead implementations and guide clients through complex transformations. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is key to your success, as you work to understand their unique needs and challenges. You are committed to delivering high-quality results and continuously seek to improve processes and outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead MedTech Complaints implementations at Veeva’s MedTech customers globally. You will work closely with Professional Services teams to ensure delivery success across QMS implementations. Your responsibilities will include assessing customer needs, designing tailored solutions, and overseeing the implementation process to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations.

You will guide clients through the transformation of their Complaints Management processes, leveraging your expertise to optimize their systems and workflows. Your role will involve training and supporting client teams to ensure they are equipped to manage their new systems effectively. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals and timelines.
