You are comfortable working in a remote setting, with the flexibility to adapt to different time zones, particularly Eastern or Central Time. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the implementation process.

What you'll do

As a Services Lead at Veeva, you will be accountable for scoping and delivering successful implementations of our Regulatory Solutions for MedTech customers. You will lead your customers through the adoption process, ensuring that they achieve their goals and derive maximum value from our solutions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with delivery teams to drive best practices and ensure that implementations are executed with excellence.

You will also be responsible for fostering innovative collateral creation that supports successful delivery — this may include developing training materials, user guides, and other resources that enhance the customer experience. By partnering with global and cross-functional teams, you will work to provide the best outcomes for your customers, leveraging your expertise to guide them through the complexities of regulatory compliance.
