What you'll do

As a Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will play a crucial role in the Professional Services organization, working with clients to implement and optimize Veeva's Commercial Cloud solutions. You will engage with customers to understand their unique business challenges and translate those into tailored solutions that leverage Veeva's technology.

Your responsibilities will include configuring applications to meet client specifications, ensuring that all project deliverables align with customer expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to facilitate seamless project execution and address any technical issues that may arise.

You will also be responsible for conducting training sessions and workshops for clients, empowering them to utilize Veeva's products effectively. Your role will involve continuous communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and gathering feedback to ensure their needs are met.
