What you'll do

As a Senior Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Veeva’s RIM suite, the industry’s only unified software solution for regulatory information management. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor the implementation process accordingly. Your role will involve conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and ensuring that the software is configured to meet regulatory standards.

You will also provide training and support to clients post-implementation, ensuring they are equipped to use the software effectively. Your ability to communicate complex concepts in an understandable way will be crucial as you guide clients through the transition. You will collaborate with the Professional Services team to continuously improve implementation processes and share best practices.
