What you'll do

As a Senior Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our Regulatory Information Management (RIM) suite for clients in the life sciences sector. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique regulatory challenges and provide tailored solutions that enhance their data and document management processes. Your role will involve conducting needs assessments, developing implementation plans, and guiding clients through each phase of the software deployment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure that client requirements are met and that the software is configured to optimize performance. Your expertise will be crucial in training clients on the use of the RIM suite, ensuring they are equipped to leverage the platform effectively. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
