What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with clients to implement Veeva's Commercial Content Applications, ensuring they are effectively utilizing the tools to connect with stakeholders across various channels. You will lead discussions with customers to understand their unique challenges and provide insights on best practices for content management and approval processes. Your role will involve training users on the applications and supporting them in maximizing their value. You will also collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on product enhancements and contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings.
