What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with clients to implement Veeva’s Commercial Content Applications, ensuring they are effectively utilizing the tools available to enhance their operations. You will engage with various stakeholders to facilitate the review and approval processes, connecting the right content with commercial and medical teams. Your expertise will help clients navigate the complexities of content management and compliance in the life sciences industry.

You will also be responsible for gathering client feedback and collaborating with internal teams to drive product improvements and feature enhancements. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the future of Veeva’s offerings, as you work closely with product development teams to ensure that customer needs are met. As a Senior Consultant, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth and success of the implementation team.
