You have a strong background in consulting, ideally with experience in the life sciences industry. You enjoy working with customers and have excellent communication and presentation skills. You are fluent in English and are comfortable configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to make a rapid impact on organizations at the forefront of groundbreaking therapies.

Desirable

Experience in managed services or software solutions is a plus. Familiarity with Veeva applications or similar platforms would be beneficial. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies to better serve clients.

What you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides managed services to R&D customers after they go live with Veeva applications. Your role will involve ensuring that clients leverage the full value of Veeva's offerings, acting as a trusted partner in their journey. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and help them navigate challenges in their operations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and contribute to the continuous improvement of our managed services.
