What you'll do

As a Consultant in the Managed Services team, you will support clients post-implementation of Veeva applications, specifically focusing on the Vault Safety solution. Your role will involve ensuring that clients are effectively utilizing the software to enhance their drug safety processes. You will act as a trusted partner, providing guidance and support to help clients navigate their use of Veeva applications.

You will collaborate with a diverse team of consultants, sharing insights and best practices to improve service delivery. Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions for clients, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of Veeva's managed services offerings, helping to shape the future of the team as it grows.
