You are adaptable and comfortable with technology, as you will be using various systems to manage contracts from initiation through signature and administration. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders. What you'll do

As a Contracts Operations Specialist, you will support Veeva’s Services organization in the contracting process for our customers in Europe. You will prepare accurate and cohesive contracts that align with client service needs, ensuring that all documentation is compliant and reflects the agreed-upon terms. You will manage the contract renewal process, working proactively to ensure that contracts are renewed in a timely manner to avoid any service interruptions.

You will oversee operational processes from contract initiation through signature and administration, ensuring that all steps are completed efficiently and accurately. This role requires you to collaborate with various teams, including sales and legal, to facilitate the smooth execution of contracts. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation in our systems, ensuring that all contract-related information is up to date and accessible.
