Who you are

You have a strong background in managing customer engagements, ideally within the life sciences or healthcare sector. Your experience includes overseeing project operations and ensuring customer success, which has equipped you with the skills to manage key relationships effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with sales, product, strategy, and marketing teams to drive business growth. Your understanding of medical content and medical information projects allows you to inform offerings and services that meet customer needs. You are adaptable and can work in a remote setting, demonstrating flexibility in your approach to work.

What you'll do

As an Engagement Manager at Veeva, you will take ownership of customer success for Medical Content and Medical Information projects. Your role involves managing day-to-day operations and ensuring that engagements run smoothly. You will collaborate with various teams to develop cohesive strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Your expertise will also support broader Medical Affairs initiatives, allowing you to leverage key offerings like Link and CRM. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, informing them about our services, and ensuring that their needs are met effectively. This role requires you to be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance operational excellence.
