What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the engineering and data operations teams responsible for designing, building, and launching data and software products. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of the data platform, from acquiring data from various sources to ensuring its quality and curation. Your technical vision will guide the development of the enterprise software platform, ensuring it meets the needs of the business and its customers.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure that engineering efforts align with business objectives. Your role will involve mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will also be responsible for setting performance metrics and ensuring that the team meets its goals.
