What you'll do

As a Senior Team Lead for Data Operations, you will lead a remote team of over 50 freelancers who conduct rule-based web research. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement business processes that enhance efficiency and reduce defects. You will plan and control these processes, ensuring that your team has the support they need to execute their tasks effectively. You will also be responsible for driving process improvements and technology enhancements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team.

You will collaborate closely with managers, analysts, and researchers to ensure that your team's efforts align with the overall goals of Veeva Systems. Your role will involve monitoring operational metrics and providing feedback to your team to help them grow and succeed. You will be instrumental in creating a positive remote working culture where team members feel valued and motivated to perform at their best.
