Who you are

You have experience in consulting, particularly in the life sciences or SaaS industry, and understand the importance of delivering high-quality solutions to clients. Your ability to communicate effectively in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages such as French, German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with diverse teams to achieve project goals.

You are adaptable and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each implementation is tailored to meet the specific needs of the client. Your analytical skills allow you to conduct thorough business process due diligence, and you are skilled at designing solutions that align with customer requirements. You are also willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support project delivery.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the success of Veeva's commercial implementation projects, focusing on CRM and Events Management. You will engage directly with leading pharmaceutical organizations, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring that their needs are met with precision. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering Veeva solutions built on the Vault platform, and you will have the opportunity to take on various roles such as Project Manager, Solution Architect, Functional Analyst, or Configuration Specialist.

You will lead business process assessments and collaborate with clients to design effective solutions that enhance their customer engagement strategies. Your role will involve not only technical implementation but also fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing success with Veeva's products.
