Who you are

You have experience in consulting roles, ideally within the life sciences or SaaS industries, where you've successfully led implementation projects. Your strong communication skills allow you to engage effectively with clients and understand their unique needs. You are fluent in English and ideally one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, or Spanish, which enhances your ability to work with diverse teams and clients across Europe.

You possess a solid understanding of CRM systems and events management, enabling you to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients. Your analytical mindset helps you conduct thorough business process due diligence, ensuring that the solutions you design are tailored to meet specific customer requirements. You are adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment, ready to take on various roles such as Project Manager, Solution Architect, or Functional Analyst as needed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the success of Veeva's commercial implementation projects, working directly with leading pharmaceutical organizations. You will lead business process due diligence, ensuring that the solutions you design align with customer needs and industry standards. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality Veeva solutions built on the Vault platform, contributing to the overall mission of helping life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure that the solutions you implement are not only effective but also scalable. Your ability to travel domestically and internationally will be essential, as you may need to engage with clients on-site to facilitate successful implementations. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior consultants and contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes within the organization.
