Your ability to advocate for customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential for driving success in this role. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders through virtual channels. You are also willing to travel up to 20% for client engagements, ensuring that you can provide hands-on support when necessary.

What you'll do

As a Migration Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will lead the migration journey for our clients, ensuring that they transition smoothly to our Development and Quality Cloud solutions. You will work closely with pharmaceutical development companies, understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored migration strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Strategy, to shape future solutions that meet client needs. You will be responsible for deploying Veeva's cloud solutions and ensuring that clients are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary for success. Your advocacy for customers will help drive continuous improvement and innovation within our offerings. You will also play a key role in training and supporting clients post-migration, ensuring they can fully leverage the capabilities of our platform.
