What you'll do

As a Migration Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will lead customer migration implementations, providing your expertise to ensure successful project outcomes. You will work closely with project teams to implement Veeva Vault R&D applications and Vault Platform cloud solutions, guiding customers through the migration process. Your role will involve collaborating with other Veeva teams, including Services, Product, Sales, and Strategy, to advocate for customer needs and drive success.

You will be responsible for developing migration strategies, utilizing your knowledge of Vault API and migration tools to facilitate seamless transitions. Your ability to analyze customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly will be crucial in delivering exceptional service. You will also engage in ongoing communication with customers, providing updates and addressing any concerns that may arise during the migration process.
