What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design efforts for innovative applications developed by Veeva Labs, working closely with executive leadership to identify strategic needs and translate them into user-friendly solutions. You will be responsible for conducting user research to gather insights that inform your design decisions, ensuring that the applications you create are not only functional but also delightful to use. You will mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team. Your work will involve iterating on designs based on user feedback and analytics, continuously improving the user experience.
