What you'll do

As the Lead Product Designer for Veeva Labs, you will be responsible for driving the design vision for innovative applications that support Veeva's mission to help life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster. You will collaborate with executive leadership to identify strategic needs and translate them into user-friendly designs that meet the highest standards of quality. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating user personas, and developing user journey maps to inform your design decisions.

You will lead design sprints and workshops, facilitating discussions that encourage creativity and collaboration among team members. Your ability to synthesize feedback from users and stakeholders will be crucial in refining your designs and ensuring they align with business objectives. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining design systems that promote consistency and efficiency across Veeva's applications.

In addition to your design responsibilities, you will mentor and guide junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the organization. You will foster a culture of design excellence, encouraging experimentation and innovation while maintaining a focus on user needs and business goals.
