What you'll do

As the Global Program Manager, you will own the future of life sciences R&D by driving monumental transformations for Veeva's most strategic customers. You will serve as the executive services partner, ensuring that all aspects of Veeva's ecosystem are aligned to deliver maximum customer impact. Your mission is to secure customer success with intensity, optimizing the adoption of our solutions and identifying opportunities for massive, long-term growth.

You will engage with customers on-site to understand their needs and challenges, while also managing remote work to ensure that your team is effectively supporting these initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service delivery. Your role will involve strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of program outcomes, ensuring that Veeva remains a leader in the life sciences cloud space.
