What you'll do

As the Global Program Manager at Veeva Systems, you will take ownership of the success of our most strategic Vault customers across Europe — your role will involve driving monumental R&D transformation initiatives that enhance customer engagement and optimize the adoption of our solutions. You will serve as the executive services partner, strategically aligning Veeva's ecosystem, including Product, Sales, and Services, to deliver maximum customer impact. Your mission is to secure customer success with intensity, ensuring that our solutions are effectively integrated into their operations.

You will lead cross-functional teams to implement programs that drive long-term growth and customer satisfaction — your responsibilities will include developing project plans, managing timelines, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation, leveraging your insights to enhance our offerings and support our customers' evolving needs.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including product managers, sales teams, and customer success representatives — your ability to foster strong relationships will be key to your success.
