What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Veeva colleagues while working closely with one of our key enterprise customers — your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful implementation of our software solutions. You will act as the main customer liaison, building trust and rapport while advocating for their needs throughout the project lifecycle.

You will innovate and develop novel approaches to project delivery, leveraging your existing knowledge and experience to enhance the implementation process — your ability to navigate complex challenges will be crucial in driving successful outcomes. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project.

Your role will involve monitoring project progress, managing timelines, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards — you will be responsible for identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Additionally, you will provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
