What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for defining global strategies to deploy Veeva's cloud-based solutions across enterprise clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that Veeva's Vault Quality platform helps them eliminate silos and accelerate the development and manufacturing of high-quality products. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients through the implementation process, ensuring they derive maximum value from the technology.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineering and product teams, to ensure that the solutions you deliver align with customer expectations and industry standards. Your role will involve continuous engagement with clients to foster strong relationships and drive customer success. You will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
