What you'll do

In this role, you will lead projects focused on Veeva’s Vault CDMS platform, working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful implementation of clinical data management solutions. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance data availability for clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, managing timelines, and ensuring that all project milestones are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with updates and addressing any concerns they may have throughout the project lifecycle.

You will facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals. Your role will involve analyzing project performance metrics and making recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights. You will also play a key role in training and supporting clients as they transition to using the Vault CDMS platform, ensuring they are equipped to manage their clinical data effectively.
