What you'll do

As a Quality Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting a group of customers assigned to you after they go live with Veeva Quality applications. Your role will involve guiding clients in understanding the features and configurations of the Veeva Quality solution, ensuring they maximize the value of the applications. You will act as a trusted partner, helping customers navigate their journey with Veeva and addressing any questions or challenges they may encounter.

You will collaborate with your team to share insights and best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Managed Services offered by Veeva. Your work will involve regular communication with clients, providing them with the necessary support and resources to enhance their experience with Veeva's products. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training sessions and workshops, further developing your expertise in the field.
