What you'll do

In this role, you will architect the foundation for Veeva’s next era of growth, leading the New Markets team in building a new Enterprise Application Platform. You will be responsible for driving the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company’s vision and goals. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define the technical direction and ensure successful delivery of features.

You will mentor and guide your team members, helping them grow in their roles and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be involved in hands-on development, contributing to the codebase and ensuring high-quality standards are met. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating challenges and driving innovation within the team.
