What you'll do

In this role, you will build and lead a world-class engineering team, setting clear expectations and providing continuous feedback to empower your team members. You will partner with engineering and product leadership to define and execute the team's vision and technical roadmap, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and refinement of large-scale, real-time systems, while fostering a culture of innovation and ownership within your team.

You will also be responsible for collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including the founding team and the CTO, to shape the product's architecture and strategy. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that the team stays ahead in a fast-moving industry, and you will be expected to adapt to working across different time zones and cultures as part of a globally distributed team.
