What you'll do

In this role, you will own the entire process of talent development for Veeva's Business Consulting team. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand the skills required for success and design training programs that enhance those skills. You will be responsible for executing training sessions, ensuring that they are engaging and effective. Your role will involve assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.

You will work with a global team of consultants, providing them with the tools and resources they need to excel in their roles. You will facilitate workshops, create training materials, and leverage various learning methodologies to cater to different learning styles. Your goal is to foster a culture of learning and development within the organization, helping consultants to deliver exceptional work for clients.
