What you'll do
As the Talent Development Manager at Guidepoint, you will be responsible for creating and executing global learning strategies that enhance employee performance and engagement. You will lead the development of a comprehensive training strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company's business objectives. Collaborating with the global HR team, you will implement various learning methods, including coaching, job-shadowing, and online training, to cater to diverse learning preferences. You will design and deliver both in-person and e-learning courses, workshops, and other training programs that empower employees to reach their full potential. Additionally, you will partner with managers to assist in the development of their team members through career pathing and scheduled training sessions. Providing leadership coaching on a regular basis will be a key part of your role, as will establishing and maintaining performance evaluation methods for training content and delivery.
What we offer
Guidepoint offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $150,000, along with an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of two days in the office and flexibility to work on-site additional days as needed.
