What you'll do

In this role, you will design and deliver innovative learning experiences for Veeva customers, focusing on building their technical expertise on Veeva software products. You will translate complex product concepts into engaging, digestible, and scalable educational content across multiple delivery formats tailored to various learner personas. You will actively contribute to the ongoing innovation of Veeva’s training processes, collaborating with an inclusive, owner-builder team to shape how customers learn and adopt Veeva software. Your responsibilities will include developing curriculum materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet customer needs.
