Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in fraud prevention and risk management, ideally within a tech or digital environment. You understand the complexities of online fraud and have a keen eye for detail, enabling you to identify and analyze fraudulent activities effectively. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product, Finance, and Engineering, to strengthen fraud prevention measures. You are proactive in refining detection systems and developing operational processes that mitigate risks to both users and the business.
What you'll do
As a Fraud Specialist at Vercel, you will investigate abuse vectors that cause financial loss or reputational risk to the business. You will monitor, maintain, and improve fraud detection and anomaly alerting systems, ensuring they are robust and effective. Your role will involve analyzing fraudulent activity and collaborating with various teams to implement strategies that enhance the integrity of our platform. You will also develop and refine operational processes that help mitigate risks, ensuring a safe environment for our users.
